The room was stylish and nicely decorated, had fairly clean private bathroom. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location in the center. What's more, it was so close to all the shops / cafes in the city, the airport, and walking distance to the main street in tulum.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Tulum Pueblo centre and the airport and 18h trip and walking distance to the main street in tulum. There was cafe Mel & Jo's, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue. I enjoyed the room with glorious ac, the bed was soft. Had a shower and towels in the bathroom.

The Beautiful Double Suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and great decoration. The rooftop pool offered a fantastic way to unwind after a day out, and the friendly front desk staff were helpful throughout our stay. The location struck a perfect balance-close enough to enjoy the vibrant nightlife but quiet enough for restful nights. The air conditioning could have been more efficient, as it sometimes struggled to keep up, and there were occasional maintenance issues that needed addressing.

Beautiful design and relaxing pool
I really appreciated the fine decor and the spacious room provided . The pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, especially since it was so tranquil with hardly anyone there. Staff members were friendly and very accommodating. One area for improvement would be the variety of food options available for dining.

There was no staff available on site, frustrating. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I found rat traps throughout the hotel. The hotel was not as advertised, with a strip club right in front, made the environment uncomfortable.
